For each venue it will show a standard Google Calendar with  the current confirmed bookings entered.

You can then see what other slots are available for your event before you phone or email  to book with the person responsible for that venue.

BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY THE BOOKING PERSON FOR THAT VENUE.
